Email the support address with your Tidelet version, phone model, language and the steps that led to the problem. If you attach a screenshot, hide personal information first.
What is included in 1.0?
All seven personal areas and English, Bulgarian, German and Spanish. River is the free offline organiser; Sea is planned to add accounts, cloud backup, Android–iPhone sync and selected sharing. Public downloads and subscriptions are not available yet.
What if I uninstall the current test?
Use Export and keep a complete copy somewhere safe before uninstalling or changing phones. Cloud access is restricted to approved private tests; do not assume an item is backed up until its sync status confirms it.
Can I use it without signing up?
Yes. River keeps the personal organiser usable without an account or internet. Sea will be optional for connected backup, sync and selected sharing.
Which languages can I use for support?
You can write in English or Bulgarian. The app and website interfaces also support German and Spanish.
